Hosting Committee Update: Your support and donations are still needed |

MARCH 2007 -- Your Connecticut “Hosting Committee” has raised $32,000.00 but we still need your help!
You know your state will do an awesome job hosting the National Grange Convention in 2008.
We have most of the Chairmen for the many committees needed to host National in place. We do, however, need many more volunteers and a lot more money!
We are having a Family Style Roast Beef Dinner at Cheshire Grange Hall on Sunday, May 20th from 12:30 to 2:30 P.M. Donations are $10.00 for adults and children under 10 $5.00. Please ask your members, family and friends to come, enjoy a great meal and help raise much needed money.
Some Granges have already sent money or pledged to do so and for this we are most grateful.
We will be having booklets printed that everyone attending the Host State Banquet will receive. Included in this program book will be a complete list of those who have financially supported hosting National. We will have four categories as follows:
Gold Sponsors - Those individuals or Granges who donated $5,000 or more
Silver Sponsors - Those individuals or Granges who donated $1,000 or more
Bronze Sponsors - Those individuals or Granges who donated $500 or more
Other Sponsors - All others will be listed here and donations of all sizes great and small are welcome.
Gold and Silver sponsors will receive two free tickets to attend the Host State Banquet.
If you wish to make a memorial donation, it will be so listed in the program book.
All donations will be gratefully received.
