The Marlborough Grange #205 is seeking an area resident as Citizen of the Year for 2008. To be eligible, a person must be a resident of Marlborough, Andover, Hebron, Columbia, and must have contributed time and service in some way to that town and/or its people.

In addition, this award is to be made to a non-Granger.

Anyone can submit a nominations to the Grange. Send a letter stating the person’s name, service rendered, length of time in the applicable town, offices or positions held, organizations belonging to, and a brief explanation as to why the person should be honored as the Citizen of the Year 2008. The award will be given on Awards Night in May. Call Laura Combs at 228-3668 or information on submitting nominations.
