National Grange invites qualified candidates to apply for positions
  JANUARY 2008 -- The National Grange is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following positions currently available at the National Grange headquarters located in Washington, DC.

Administrative Assistant and Meeting Planner

Duties will include:  General administrative and receptionist duties for the National Master/President and coordinating the flow of information within the office and to the state organizations. Oversee quarterly reporting system from State Granges. Maintain building and lease records and coordinate with the maintenance staff for building repairs. Plan and coordinate all meetings including National Session in conjunction with the National Master. Other duties will be based upon the abilities of applicant. Marketing, Sales, and Benefits Manager

Duties will include:  Coordinate and run the Grange sales department. Order and manage inventory including sales. Manage and improve the member benefits program of the National Grange. Work with all departments to promote the organization effectively.  Other duties will be based upon the abilities of applicant. Membership/Leadership Development Director

Duties will include:  Developing membership and leadership development materials and presentations to train members. Travel is required for this position as well as strong speaking and communication skills. This position does not require the applicant to be in the Washington, D.C. area.
